PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) together with two of its subsidiaries, PT Rekayasa Engineering (RE) and PT Tracon Industri (Tracon) participated in revitalizing the Industrial Services Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Industry, in Jakarta, 23-25 ​​July 2024.

Rekind and its two subsidiaries filled a special booth with around 44 other exhibitors (exhibitors) of companies, actors, or associations operating in the service sector and industrial service technical units. Everything is coordinated with BSKJI (Industrial Services Standardization and Policy Agency), Ministry of Industry.

Rekind and its subsidiaries occupy Booth No. 1 and present various information about the best works he has ever done. Such as building fertilizer factories, power plants, oil and gas refineries, petrochemical factories, and so on.

Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita visited the booth and was welcomed by Rekind President Director Triyani Utaminingsih along with Rekind Commissioner Dodi Rahadi along with several Rekind officials. They had time to chat and take photos together.

Apart from information on project work activities, what attracted a lot of attention from several visitors who visited the Rekind and its Subsidiaries’ booth was the presence of Rekind design and engineering miniatures for the Blue Sky Balongan Project.

The project, whose operations were inaugurated on August 28, 2005, is a mega project, as well as a new historical milestone because this project is the first oil refinery in Indonesia built by Indonesian sons and daughters through Rekind as the main contractor. Through this project, Rekind is also able to fulfill the government’s hope of absorbing a local component of 42.25 percent.

This achievement of local components shows Rekind’s commitment to always prioritizing quality domestic products to support every project activity it carries out.

The 2024 Industrial Services Exhibition was initiated by the Industrial Services Standardization and Policy Agency (BSKJI), Ministry of Industry to introduce and promote types and actors of industrial services businesses. Apart from that, it also aims to develop the industrial services ecosystem to enable the growth of the national industrial sector. What is no less important than the activities held for three days, is to develop the potential and role of industrial services in the industrial sector in the national economy.
