A warm atmosphere full of togetherness enveloped the ROB II Building, Head Office of PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind), East Kalibata I, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (9/4). In a simple yet meaningful atmosphere, all Rekind people gathered in the Halalbihalal 1446 Hijriah event which was combined with the company’s annual Town Hall Meeting.
The combination of these two moments is a reflection of Rekind’s culture which not only upholds spiritual and family values, but also a commitment to continue strengthening transparency, two-way communication, and synergy between Management and all employees.
Halalbihalal became a touching moment, where the leaders, Commissioners, and employees shook hands and forgave each other in a solemn Eid atmosphere. But more than that, the Town Hall Meeting became an important point to convey the company’s direction, achievements, and future strategies openly.
This activity was led directly by Rekin’s President Director Triyani Utaminingsih, who was accompanied by the entire board of directors, board of commissioners, and representatives of subsidiaries. In her speech, Triyani Utaminingsih not only delivered a spiritual message, but also shared strategic reflections on the direction of the company’s journey and transformation.
“Ramadan is over, but our wisdom and struggle must not stop. There are three main values of Ramadan that we must continue to carry: consistency in goodness, getting used to the truth, and readiness for change,” said Triyani Utaminingsih, when opening her speech with an enthusiastic tone.
She emphasized that these values are not only personally relevant, but also very important in a corporate context. Consistency in goodness is a reflection of integrity in work. Getting used to the truth is an ethical principle that must be upheld in every decision. And readiness for change is the key to undergoing the Business transformation that is currently being accelerated by Rekind.
In the Town Hall Meeting session, Finance & HR Director Dedy Rinaldi explained a number of new plans that the company will develop in the future, especially the launch of Rekind’s latest status as a Subholding and the birth of New Rekind, including the steps that the company will take in the future. Not only that, he also conveyed Rekind’s strategic plan for the current year, including organizational transformation, increasing competitiveness, and concrete steps in strengthening a sustainable Business portfolio.
“In the near future we will form the name and logo of the subholding, management and the formation of the board of directors, then for New Rekind there will be 5 assignment projects.
This is an instruction from Pupuk Indonesia, which is clear that Rekind is still the same. Nothing has changed,” continued Dedy Rinaldi.
The Town Hall Meeting is also an interactive forum for employees to convey aspirations, questions, and direct input to the Management. This forum is proof that Rekind continues to be committed to creating an open, collaborative, and inclusive work ecosystem.
The event was closed with a Halalbihalal session where all attendees shook hands, shared smiles, and conveyed their best wishes to each other. There are no limitations on position or age, everyone is united in the harmony of the big Rekind family.
