Jakarta-as a form of support in socializing ‘ BUMN present for the country ‘ which is part of the Ministry of BUMN Program, Rekind held a certified student Internship Program (PMMB).
This Program is the realization of the MoU between PT Pupuk Indonesia (PI) and the Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI), which is a container for management and practitioners of Human Capital in the BUMN environment. Based on the results of internal selection, for Batch 1 has been elected Muhammad Izham Sulaeman and Taufik Adriansyah, students of the technology High school Bandung to follow PMMB in Rekind.
The implementation of PMMB in Rekind started since Monday 11 February 2019, marked by ceremonial activities led by the Director of human Resources and business development Triyani Utaminingsih, accompanied by SVP Human Capital & Corporate Services, Gede Putu Yudasma and Number of officials.
The new Program started in this year aims to provide an understanding of the positive contributions of the Certified Internship program for the participants and the company. It also provides an understanding of the company’s role in preparing the global HR.
Participants will perform an internship for 6 months for each period. For the year 2019, scheduled 2 Batch implementation of PMMB, which is Batch-1 starts February-July and the Batch-2 starts July through December. During the PMMB, participants are given allowance for pocket money, occupational accident insurance through BPJS employment and Health insurance through BPJS Kesehatan. Industrial certificates are provided when participants are able to reach the competency certification standards determined by Rekind.
