After The implementation of On The Job Training (OJT) Employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) at PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind). The picture is characterized by a farewell ceremony led by the director of HR & Business Development Rekind, Triyani Utaminingsih in the ROB I Building, Rekind head office, Kalibata, South Jakarta, Tuesday (10/9).
OJT employees who are young engineers have completed their activities in Rekind through the Jambaran Tiung Biru (JTB) project which is a national strategic project. In this project, Rekind was the main executive of the development and incorporated in the Joint consortium of JGC Indonesia appointed by Pertamina EP Cepu and SKK Migas.
The cooperation that is part of the employee acceleration Program of PT Pertamina (Persero) is very similar to the spirit of Rekind in paving the way and provides a wide expanse of opportunities and challenges to young engineers to develop their potential in Rekind. Thus it is expected to be able to face global competition in realizing its contribution to the nation and country.
“We hope that the knowledge and sharing provided by the mentors who are employees and Rekind can provide benefits. Hopefully, the cooperation of Rekind and Pertamina in the future can be done more intensely, both in terms of employee competence enrichment, research, and build a better collaboration on Pertamina’s projects forward, “said HR Director & Rekind Business Development, Triyani Utaminingsih.
In the view of Herry Saleh, Manager of Process PT Pertamina, OJT program is one form of acceleration to the engineer of Pertamina in mastering the work of both technical and non-technical side. OJT participants are expected to gain knowledge, in learning how to maintain a commitment to budget, target, and quality work of EPC contractor such as Rekind.
“We are very grateful to Rekind and especially the mentors who have guided us, for our knowledge and insight that is very beneficial to us. With this knowledge that we have, hopefully the cooperation between Pertamina and Rekind can be established better in the future “, said Adi Hutomo, OJT participant from Pertamina RU III, Plaju explained.
