The composition of the Board of Directors of PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) has changed once again. Through a Decree concerning the dismissal, assignment of duties and appointment of members of the board of directors which was signed on July 28, 2021, the name Triyani Utaminingsih was trusted to occupy the position of President Director of Rekind, replacing the role previously occupied by Alex Dharma Balen.
The appointment of Triyani Utaminingsih as the number one person in Rekind further strengthens the existence of the nation’s EPC company which is known to have a myriad of reliable and professional engineer resources. Her name is not a new figure in Rekind. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1990 and she started her career at Rekind as a Marketing & Engineering Consultant.
The beginning of the glory of the woman who was born in Solo on January 7, 1967 began to be seen when she held the position of Senior Process Engineer at Toyo Engineering Corporation in Chiba, Japan for the FPSO Project. Her expertise was further honed when in 2007 she was entrusted with aligning all engineering disciplines in the Balongan ROPP Project, including with the project owner. At that time, Triyani Utaminingsih was trusted to occupy the chair of Process Project Engineer and Coordinator of Precommissioning.
She is also the only woman who has held the position of Engineering Manager Proposal of the Donggi Gas Production Facility, Pertamina EP. Her job is also to coordinate to ensure that all Engineering Proposal, Procurement and construction activities run optimally according to the planning target. The task is still added to coordinate with the Head of Proposal and Project Control in the preparation of technical and commercial Proposal documents. Authority to give approval for all procedures, engineering documents as well as grant leave and staff activities.
Thanks to the professionalism, experience and dedication of this woman who once occupied the chair of SVP of Corporate Research at PT Pupuk Indonesia, in August 2018 led her to enter the gates of the Rekind Board of Directors position, holding the position of Director of Human Resources and Business Development. Two years later, in September 2020, this member of the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII) was given an equally challenging task to occupy the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources of Rekind.
Then, the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources (HR) was passed to Bondan Pristiwandana. The name Bondan is a new figure in the Rekind environment. Previously he served as President Commissioner of PT Danareksa Capital and in 2020 he was appointed as Finance Director of PT Danareksa (Persero). Bondan is also known to have a wealth of experience, especially in terms of business development. He played a major role in the formation of BPUI Insurance Holding, as a consultant. Likewise in the formation of the DKI Jakarta regional government financing institution, related to infrastructure financing. Bondan’s ideas and thoughts also have a big role in the State Capital Investment (PMN Cash and Non-Cash) to PT BPUI (Persero). His cold hands also have a strong capacity in PT Jasa Raharja’s business plan and help SOEs to obtain resources (fundraising) from the capital market. A graduate of the Jakarta State Administration High School (STAN) in 1987, he also served as Deputy for Special Supervision, BPKP with the main task of being an investigator for state institutions and SOEs indicated by corruption.
The position of Director of Operations and Technology/Development is still entrusted to Yusairi accompanying Triyani Utaminingsih and Bondan Pristiwandana.
Hopefully, this change will be able to add a breath of fresh air for Rekind to continue to improve its existence as a world-class EPC company that makes the nation and country proud.
