This provides a different and more solemn nuance, with the main focus on contemplation and respect for the values of Pancasila.
In a solemn atmosphere, the ceremony participants paid tribute and reflected on the meaning of Pancasila as the basis of the state. Even though there was no official welcome, the presence and participation of all directors and management showed their commitment to implementing Pancasila values in every aspect of their daily work.
Pancasila is a foundation that must be upheld by all citizens, especially in professional environments. Apart from that, Pancasila Sanctity Day is not just a commemoration, but also a moment to strengthen the dedication of all the nation’s children to the noble values contained in Pancasila.
Therefore, every individual at Rekind needs to understand and practice the values of Pancasila. Every Rekind employee has the responsibility to ensure that Pancasila is not only a symbol, but also used as a guideline for acting and interacting in the work environment.
Through this implementation, Rekind is committed to instilling and maintaining Pancasila values in its work culture. By prioritizing collaboration and synergy between the various companies that are members of Rekind, it is hoped that all elements can jointly contribute to the nation’s progress.
By holding this ceremony, Rekind not only remembers history but is also determined to continue to use Pancasila as a guide in every step and policy taken. This is a concrete step for the company to build a nation with integrity, justice, and civility, by the spirit of Pancasila.
Towards the end of the ceremony, the participants reflected by reciting the pledge, which symbolically recalled the historical events behind the birth of Pancasila Sanctity Day. This is an important reminder that the values contained in Pancasila must always be maintained and applied in everyday life.
